My group of 24 stayed at Verde Plaza for two nights, and it was truly disappointing compared to our previous hotels in Uruguay. The air conditioning didn't work properly, our room was in need of maintenance, and although the restaurant had a lot of variety in its food, the lack of finesse really detracted from the experience. The lifts were dangerous and could easily lead to injuries if you weren't careful. Overall, we felt we paid far too much for what we received.
